1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using TheLetsGoApp ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the App.

2. Use License

Grant of License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms of Use.

Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any of its content
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code
  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
  • Interfere with or disrupt the functionality of the App

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information during registration
  • Keep your password secure and confidential
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create or upload to the App. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the App's operation.

You warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you submit, and that it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

The App, including all text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of TheLetsGoApp Inc. and is protected by international copyright laws. You may not reproduce or use any materials without our express written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will:

  • Meet your requirements
  • Be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Be free from viruses or malicious code
  • Produce accurate or reliable results

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TheLetsGoApp Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TheLetsGoApp Inc. from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms of Use.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, and without notice. Upon termination, all rights granted to you are immediately revoked.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
